To inject Corrosion Inhibitors, Bactericides, Oxygen Scavengers, Wax Inhibitors, Scale Inhibitors, PH Stabilizers, Chemicals, etc. inside the line, we supply complete injection system assembly that goes on the pipeline. These Injection systems are classified as ‘fixed type’ and ‘Retractable / Retrievable type’. The injection quill is supplied with Nozzle or Spray Nozzle depending upon the line conditions and type of chemical. The types of chemical injection quills are as below.

  • Inbuilt NRV (Ball & Spring type) to prevent backflow/External NRV
  • Pressure Rating up to – 2500 PSI
  • Mounting type – Threaded (NPT or BSP), Socket Weld, Flanged End, Online Retractabletype
  • Temperature Rating – up to 260 C
  • MOC – Depend on the process requirement (Minimum SS304)
  • Injection Points: Straight Type, Cross Type, Spray type based on the process application.
